Gerry has dedicated over 30 years to the mortgage lending industry. Gerry completed his Business Administration at Red River College in Winnipeg, MB, in 1976. He firmly believes that you never stop learning and has continued to upgrade his skills and training. He has completed the Canadian Securities Course and has taken many courses over the years at the University of Calgary in Commercial Real Estate Finance and International Finance at Calgary’s Mount Royal College.
Over the years Gerry has arranged many different types of financing: from a condo project in Mexico; to condo conversions; to construction financing of all types of commercial and industrial properties. Gerry has a special talent in creative financing and structuring complex financial arrangements that traditional institutions are unable to get done. He has arranged real estate tax shelters, and equity financing.
